Danime is a 5 minute live action story about a Detective Danny Maynard.

Danny has discovered he’s got a brain tumor and it’s starting to cause strange hallucinations.

It’s almost as if he’s seeing things normally found in Japanese anime, including some new found abilities. But are they real? No time to figure it now because Danny and his partner Jack are about to take down the notorious crime lord known as Kotolo.

Danny and Jack enter Kotolo’s compound when Danny’s tumor kicks into overdrive. He starts seeing things, and then he starts… doing things… that’s he’s never seen before. Danny has no idea if it’s real or not, but decides to roll with it! He battles all the henchmen in spectacular anime form, and then confronts the mighty Kotolo who has some of his own mind-sucking tricks. In the end, Danny stands triumphant. He's still not sure what’s real or not, but now he doesn’t care! Danny has become Danime.
